1. How do I know my level?

Assessment of all languages can be arranged upon request. For English a prepared language test is available

2. How long does it take to become fluent in a language?

It depends on the level you are already at, on your commitment to learning, frequency of classes and practice, practice, practice!

3. Where does the training take place?

All our private tuition & public courses take place in our centre.
Corporate clients training can take place at the company's premises.

4. Who participates in public classes?

The common denominator is people who wish to learn a language.

5. From what age can I enrol my children?

We accept children from 4 years old.

6. What teaching materials are used in your classes?

We will provide you with a course book and printed material at the beginning of your course. Certain course books include a CD.

7. Can I receive a certificate after my course?

Yes, once a student has completed 42 hours of lessons, they will receive a certificate attested by the Ministry of Education.

8. Do I have to pay for the whole course in advance?

Yes - lessons are paid for in advance, either through cash or cheque. The course can start as soon as this is received.

9. Can I cancel a private lesson booked at anytime?

Students must notify the centre and teacher of any cancellation at least 24 working hours before the date and time of the lesson. Any lesson cancelled less than 24 working hours before it is scheduled will be billed in full.
